1.1. Collectible Posters (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Lebanon-based business specializing in the sale of movie posters to customers worldwide.
1.2. By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this Website.
1.3. These Terms apply to all users of the Website, including but not limited to visitors, customers, and merchants.
2. Products and Services
2.1. We sell movie posters in various formats and styles. While we strive to display accurate images and descriptions of our products, slight variations in color, size, and quality may occur.
2.2. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
2.3. Prices for products are listed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made through the Website.
3.2. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, and other methods specified on the Website. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers.
3.3. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We ship worldwide from Lebanon. Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be outlined at checkout.
4.2. EMS Shipping is available, with posters shipped in a safe and waterproof thick package with cardboards. The EMS shipment cost is $18 to any destination, with a tracking number provided. Combined shipment is available at an additional $2 per poster.
4.3. Air Mail shipping is also available from Monday to Friday, but not on weekends when the post office is closed.
4.4. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and customers should check with their country’s customs office to determine additional costs before purchasing.
4.5. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are only estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4.6. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon delivery by the courier service to your provided address.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
5.2. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at help@collectible-posters.com . Returns must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging materials.
5.3. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on the Website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Collectible Posters and is protected under Lebanese and international copyright laws.
6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Website’s content without prior written consent from us.
7. User Conduct
7.1. By using this Website, you agree not to engage in any activity that:
Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Interferes with the operation of the Website.
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
